How do I place an order?

How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, money order or a payment through paypal (you must contact us first if you wanna pay through paypal b/c it is set up under a different e-mail)
How long does it take to complete and order?
We normally say 3-4 weeks. During our busy seasons, spring and fall, it may take up to 6 weeks.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Normally, after the order is completed, we will get it packaged up and then take it to the post office to get a quote for shipping. This way we do not over, or under charge for shipping. All quotes include shipping insurance. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
We will work with you on exchanges, but you must contact us within 5 days from the time the frame is purchased. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made frames.
Our frames are all handmade. Therefore, they are not "cookie cutter" and are not meant to look perfect. Each frame is one of a kind, and they are meant to look old and flawed.
I do not see the color I am looking for, can you custom match paint colors?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to work with you on paint colors to help you achieve the look you want.
Do you have different fabrics for the bulletin boards?
It depends. I try to keep a variety of fabrics in stock, but the stock changes from week to week. If you are interested in seeing the different fabrics, contact me and I will get you pics of the fabrics. If you are not interested in using a fabric that I have in stock, you must purchase your own fabric and get it to me. I do not like the responsibility of searching for a fabric that I "think" you might like!
My frame was fine when I bought it, but now seems to be bowed...
Remember, the frames are wood products! Due to the nature of natural wood products, shrinkage, swelling or bowing may occur due to a variety of factors. Some of which include drying of the wood after the frame is built, moisture, heat, cold and direct sunlight. While every attempt is made to prevent this from occuring, it is not 100% guaranteed.
How do I book a home show?
Just contact us, gather a few dates that will work for you and we will compare those dates to our calendar to see which one will work best. During our busy seasons, spring and fall, we are very busy with art shows. We also do home shows during these seasons, but we may already be completely booked until the next month or so...but don't worry, we are so excited that you have invited us into your home, we will figure a time that is best for both of us!
